Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist eine EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung über Unterstützungsleistungen für die ePA-App und weitere TI-Anwendungen der Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). Die Unterstützungsleistungen umfassen verschiedene spezifische Handlungsfelder, die für den Produktzyklus der ePA-Entwicklung erforderlich sind: Softwareentwicklung, Fachkonzeption, UX und UI Design, Testing und Qualitätsmanagement sowie Beratungs- und Coachingleistungen. Weitere Einzelheiten und Details zu den jeweiligen Unterstützungsleistungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage V2) zu entnehmen. Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung (an ein Unternehmen als Dienstleister) sind folgende Leistungen: Für die Weiterentwicklung von der ePA App/ FdV und weiteren TI-Anwendungen muss der Auftragnehmer (AN) Unterstützungsleistungen erbringen. Der AN unterstützt das TK-Safe Team dabei mit seinem Fachwissen bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung der Anforderungen an TK-Safe bzw. der beschriebenen Leistungen. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage V2). Die Rahmenvereinbarung ist befristet und beginnt mit Zuschlag; sie endet mit Ablauf von 48 Monaten. Unabhängig davon endet diese Rahmenvereinbarung jedoch vorzeitig bei Erreichen der Höchstmenge von 23.600 Personentagen. Der Vertrag hat eine Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 18 Monaten ab Zuschlagserteilung. Die Höchstmenge, die mit dieser Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen wird, beträgt 23.600 Personentage. Dieses Auftragsvolumen gilt für die gesamte Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Verlängerungsoptionen und ohne deren automatische Verlängerung. Die TK garantiert eine Mindestabnahme von 5.000 Personentagen. Es besteht darüber hinaus keine Abnahmeverpflichtung für die TK. Die vereinbarte Vergütung gilt für die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung und alle Einzelaufträge, jeweils einschließlich etwaiger Verlängerungen.
