Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzmanagement (FMS) IT-Systeme. Durch den AN sind im Leistungszeitraum folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: • Vorlaufende Transition Die fachliche Abnahme der Transition ist Voraussetzung für die Übernahme des Managed-Service: Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der FMS IT-Systeme • Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der FMS IT-Systeme Die zu erbringenden Betriebsleistungen, die Leistungsübergabepunkte, SLAs, das Reporting sowie das Zusammenarbeitsmodell mit dem AN werden durch die BA fest vorgegeben. Innerhalb der seitens der BA fest definierten Umgebung ist der AN für die ordnungsgemäße und fehlerfreie Durchführung des Betriebs der Finanzmanagementsysteme verantwortlich. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass seitens des künftigen ANs 4 bis 5 VZÄ für einen kontinuierlichen Betrieb aller neun FMS IT-Systeme benötigt werden. Die Verteilung auf die einzelnen Verfahren stellt sich aktuell wie folgt dar: IT-System / Anteil in % AHORN (6 %) APVO (17 %) CUPMOA (11 %) DAS (10 %) DMBABA (2 %) ePayment-online (14 %) FINMAN (10 %) KdU (15 %) VKN (15 %) Optionale Leistungen: • Exit-Management • Dienstleistungskontingent zur Unterstützung Der Vertrag beginnt mit Zuschlag. Der Zeitraum für die vorlaufende Transition beginnt ebenfalls mit Zuschlagserteilung und endet mit der fachlichen Abnahme, sodass die Leistungen vollumfänglich ab dem Tag nach der fachlichen Abnahme vom AN erbracht werden, spätestens jedoch ab dem 181stgen Tag nach Zuschlagserteilung. Die BA behält sich vor, sich die schriftliche Ausarbeitung der Fachaufgaben 1-3 im Rahmen einer verifizierenden Präsentation darstellen zu lassen. Die verifizierende Präsentation dient der fachlich-inhaltlichen Vorstellung und Darstellung des Angebotsinhalts durch den Bieter. Sofern eine verifizierende Bieterpräsentation als erforderlich erachtet wird, werden die 3 Bieter, die die Eignungsvoraussetzungen erfüllt haben und deren Angebote nach der vorläufigen UfAB-Wertung die wirtschaftlichsten für die BA sind, zur Angebotspräsentation aufgefordert. Nähere Einzelheiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
