Das ITZBund benötigt externe Unterstützung bei Entwicklungs- und Betriebsleistungen zur Erstellung eines Systems zur Umsetzung der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1239 des europäischen Parlaments und des Rates. Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung, sowie der Betrieb des IT-Systems "Maritime National Single Window" (MNSW). Ziel ist der Aufbau einer zukunftsfähigen, modularen Systemlandschaft, die die Anforderungen des Lastenhefts zu MNSW-System 1.0 erfüllt und gleichzeitig die Grundlage für zukünftige Erweiterungen bildet. Der Rahmenvertrag wird für eine Laufzeit von 6 Jahren (72 Monaten) geschlossen. Für die Leistungen der Phase 1 zur Erstellung des MNSW-Systems 1.0 wird im Zuge der Zuschlagserteilung sowie parallel mit dem Abschluss des Rahmenvertrags ein initialer EVB-IT Systemvertrag zum MNSW-System 1.0 und ein zugehöriger initialer Sprint Nr. 1 MNSW-System 1.0 abgeschlossen. Für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit (inkl. Optionen) beträgt die Höchstabnahmemenge 10.195 Personentage bzw. 81.560 Personenstunden. Weitere Vergabeunterlagen, die vertrauliche oder sicherheitsrelevante Informationen enthalten, werden interessierten Unternehmen erst nach Vorlage einer vollständig ausgefüllten und unterzeichneten Verschwiegenheitsvereinbarung (Anlage Verschwiegenheitserklärung Servicebeschreibung Betriebsplattform WisIT V3.0_TLP_AMBER) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Übermittlung der weiteren Unterlagen erfolgt erst nach Eingang der unterzeichneten Verschwiegenheitsvereinbarung bei der Vergabestelle. Es wird darum gebeten, die ausgefüllte Anlage rechtzeitig zu übersenden, um eine fristgerechte Angebotsabgabe zu ermöglichen.
