Description

Auf dem ehemaligen Industrieareal im Kasseler Stadtteil Nord-Holland entsteht der Neubau der Gesamtschule Nord+. Das moderne Schulzentrum bietet Platz für etwa 1.200 Schüler. Es führt eine dreizügige Grundstufe und eine sechszügige Sekundarstufe zusammen. Die Leistungen umfassen im Einzelnen die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der MSR-Anlagen des gesamten Objektes. Dazu gehören die Regelung von fünf RLT-Anlagen die mittels Präsenzerkennung geregelt werden. Für Veranstaltungen können zwei der Anlagen auf eine CO2-Regelung umgeschaltet werden. Für Müllräume, Küchenabluft und die Zentrale Reinigungschemie gibt es eigene Abluftventilatoren. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit benötigen die Steuerungen für die Laborabluft und die Rauchabsaugung des Keramikbrennofens. Für die Mensa ist eine Entrauchung mittels Nachströmung über Türen vorgesehen. Die Wärmeversorgung wird mittels Fernwärme realisiert. Die MSR sorgt dabei für die Regelung der Förderpumpen und Aggregate im Heizungsverteiler. Die Flure werden mittels Fußbodenheizung beheizt, deren Regelung ebenfalls übernommen wird. Des Weiteren müssen Störmeldungen und Sensordaten aus verschiedenen Gewerken wie Sanitär und Heizung gesammelt, verarbeitet und gespeichert werden. Auch die Regelung der zwei Kältemaschinen, sowie der Kälteverteilung ist Aufgabe der MSR. Das alles wird konventionell über acht ASPs und fünf GSV realisiert. Mit Ausnahme sämtlicher Zähler im Gebäude, die mittels M-Bus aufgeschaltet werden. Der AG behält sich vor, die Kostengruppen 200 und 400 teilweise oder ganz an einen städtischen Versorger als Auftraggeber zu übertragen.
