Description

Am nördlichen Standort Campus Forschungsflughafen Braunschweig soll für die Technische Universität Braunschweig der Forschungsneubau CPC umgesetzt werden. Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird. Im Außenbereich soll eine Anlieferung, ein Parkplatz und Aufstellflächen für Zyklisiercontainer entstehen. Erstellung der Anlagen Gebäudeautomation inkl. Schaltschränke und Verkabelung, sowie Feldgeräte für ein Forschungsgebäude, unterteilt in Technikum und Bürogebäude. Mit u.a. ca. 45 Doppelbüros, 12 Gruppenbüros, sowie ca. 20 Labor bzw. Arbeitsräumen mit angegliederten Nebenräumen. Bestehend aus 7 ASPs und 14 dezentralen Raumautomationsverteilern, ca. 2.300 phys. Datenpunkte, ca. 60.000 m Kabel, ca. 1.200 m Trassen, ca. 3.000 elektrische Anschlüsse.
