Description

An der Hans-Sommer-Straße wird der Neubau für Institute der Physik mit einer Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) von ca. 4800 m² errichtet. In dem viergeschossigem Gebäude ist die Hälfte der Fläche für Labore, Mess- und Wägeräume vorgesehen, die sich im nördlichen Gebäudeteil befinden. Weitere Nutzflächen sind Büroflächen sowie Seminarräume und Hörsäle. Ein Foyer, das die Geschossebenen über einen Luftraum miteinander verbindet, dient als Haupterschließung. Im Erdgeschoss erweitern studentische Arbeitsplätze das Foyer und ermöglichen einen Zugang zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Technikzentrale erstreckt sich als fünftes Geschoss über die Hälfe der Gebäudefläche. Errichtung von raumlufttechnischen Anlagen bestehend aus: 4 Lüftungsanlagen, 1 Präzisionsklimagerät, 2 Abluftventilatoren und 7 Dachventilatoren mit insgesamt jeweils 55.000 m³/h Zuluft und Abluft. 3.500 m² Kanalnetz aus Stahlblech verzinkt und PPS, 3.400 m runde Luftleitungen aus Stahlblech verzinkt und PPS einschl. Brandschutzklappen in runder und eckiger Ausführung, Luftleitungsnetzeinbauten (Volumenstromregler, Auslässe usw.) - Wartung und Inspektion für eine Neuanlage in Verbindung mit deren Errichtung und Montage, Laufzeit 4 Jahre - Ergänzungsvertrag für Störungsbeseitigung zum Vertrag für Wartung und Inspektion von technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
