Bei dem Neubau IMPC - Institut für Medizinische und Pharmazeutische Chemie für die TU Braunschweig handelt es sich um ein Lehr- und Forschungsgebäude, das angrenzend zu bestehenden Institutsgebäuden in Massivbauweise errichtet werden soll. Es entstehen verschiedene Unterrichtsräume und Praktikumslabore für die studentische Ausbildung sowie Labor- und Bürobereiche für die pharmazeutische Forschung. - Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach und an der Fassade bestehend aus: ca. 190 PV-Modulen zur Dachaufstellung mit einer Nennleistung von mind. 450 Wp je Modul und einer Gesamtleistung von ca. 85 kWp einschl. Unterkonstruktion, ca. 60 PV-Modulen zur Fassadenmontage mit einer Nennleistung zwischen 324 und 923 Wp und einer Gesamtleistung von ca. 42 kWp einschl. Unterkonstruktion, 5 Wechselrichter, 10 Generatoranschlusskästen und dazugehörige Kabelrinnen und Verkabelungen. - Wartung und Inspektion für eine Neuanlage in Verbindung mit deren Errichtung und Montage, Laufzeit 4 Jahre
