Description

Am nördlichen Standort Campus Forschungsflughafen Braunschweig soll für die Technische Universität Braunschweig der Forschungsneubau CPC umgesetzt werden. Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird. Im Außenbereich soll eine Anlieferung, ein Parkplatz und Aufstellflächen für Zyklisiercontainer entstehen. Erstellung der RLT-Anlagen für ein Forschungsgebäude, unterteilt in Technikum und Bürogebäude. Mit u.a. ca. 45 Doppelbüros, 12 Gruppenbüros, sowie ca. 20 Labor bzw. Arbeitsräumen mit angegliederten Nebenräumen. Versorgung des Technikums aus einer Zentrale im 2.OG für UG bis 2.OG Technikum. Versorgung des Bürogebäudes aus einer Zentrale im 4.OG für EG bis 4.OG Büro. 8 RLT-Geräte mit in Summe ca. 48.000m³/h Zu- und Abluft, 2 KVS-Systeme. 2 der RLT-Anlagen sind mit Befeuchtern ausgestattet, ca. 2.300m² Kanalnetz Stahl verz., ca. 2.900m Wickelfalzrohr, ca. 20 m² Kanalnetz Edelstahl, ca. 900m² Kanalnetz PPs, ca. 3000m² Kanaldämmung, ca. 29 Abzugsregler, ca. 350 Volumenstromregler, ca. 100 Brandschutzklappen, ca. 250 Rohrschalldämpfer, ca. 300 Luftauslässe.
