Description

Das Demonstrationszentrum für Sektorkopplung wird als Forschungsgebäude konzipiert, das Labor- und Büroflächen vereint. Das Baugrundstück ist Teil des Forschungscampus am Schleusengraben. Baurechtlich ist der B-Plan Bergedorf 104 /Curslack 19 verbindlich. Das 3-geschossige Gebäude wird giebelständig zwischen der Straße Am Schleusengraben und dem Schleusengraben an der südlichen Grundstückgrenze angeordnet. Im nördlichen Grundstücksbereich sind die Stellplätze verortet. Die elektrischen Anlagen umfassen die Starkstrominstallation für das Demonstrationszentrum für Sektorkopplung. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über den kundeneigenen Transformator (800 kVA) des nahegelegenen Forschungsgebäudes TEC der HAW Hamburg.
