Im Thalia Theater Hamburg werden im Zuge der Spielzeitpausen 2026-2028 die Sanitärkerne für Mitarbeitende vom 1. UG bis 6. OG sowie in den Spielzeitpausen 2026 und 2027 die Garderoben im 1. und 2.OG abschnittsweise saniert. Gegenstand der Leistung sind Maler- und Bodenbelagarbeiten im Bestand unter komplexen logistischen Rahmenbedingungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt innerhalb der Spielzeitpausen im Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb. Eine enge Abstimmung mit parallel tätigen Gewerken sowie die Berücksichtigung der besonderen Gebäudestruktur und eingeschränkter Transportwege sind zwingend erforderlich.
