Die Spiel- und Veranstaltungsstätte Kampnagel soll modernisiert und erweitert werden. Derzeit sind bereits zwei Gebäudekörper vorhanden, die Hallen haben bis zu 2 Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 15.673 m². Das Verwaltungsgebäude umfasst 5 Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 3.573 m².
