Neubau Feuerwehr-Service-Zentrum in Neustadt-Glewe - Los 403 - Stark- und Schwachstrom Seit März 2026 werden nach und nach die Rohbauten der Bauteile 1 bis 4 erstellt. Danach erfolgt sukzessive der Ausbau dieser Gebäude. Ab dem 02.10.26 wird der erste Gebäudeabschnitt zur Rohinstallation für die haustechnischen Gewerke zu betreten sein. Im Verlauf der darauffolgenden fünf Monate kommen die 3 (+1 - Übungsturm in den Außenanlagen) Bauteile. Neben den Arbeiten in den 4 Bauteilen bzw. an dem 5. Bauteil, einem Übungsturm), sind zahlreiche Kabel und Leitungen durch die bauseitige Kabelzug-Infrastruktur (bestehend aus Leerrohren und Kabelzugschächten) zu verlegen. Leistungsinhalt des Loses sind (mit Ausnahme einiger, weniger Arbeiten der Gebäudeautomation) sämtliche elektro- und fernmeldetechnischen Arbeiten im und am Gebäude bzw. auch darüber hinaus in den Außenanlagen. Das Los 403 startet am 02.10.2026. Es wurden ca. 355 Tage Arbeit einkalkuliert. Während dieses Zeitraumes müssen teilweise auch Arbeiten in mehreren Gebäudeteilen gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden (Aufstockung von Kapazitäten bei Engpässen sind daher bei Kalkulation zu berücksichtigen). Elektrische Anlagen: - Netzersatzanlage ca. 500 kVA mit Lastwiderstand - USV-Anlage mit ca. 50 kW - PV-Anlage mit ca. 99 kWp - 2 NSHV (1x NN; 1x EN) und ca. 20 Unterverteilungen - ca. 2.000 m Kabelrinne im und auf dem Gebäude - einem ca. 250 m langem Unterflursystem mit ca. 40 Bodentanks - ca. 50.000 m Kabel und Leitungen - ca. 1.000 Leuchten Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen - 2 barrierefreie WC-Anlagen - Eine nutzerspezifische Hausalarmanlage für eine Fläche von etwa 9.500 m2 - Eine Einbruchmeldeanlage zur Überwachung der Außenhaut bei einem Gebäudeumfang von etwa 625 m - Videoüberwachsungsanlage für den Außenbereich Der Bauzeitenplan wird dem Baufortschritt regelmäßig angepasst.
