Elektrotechnik, Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen Das Hauptgebäude der Grundschule soll energetisch saniert werden, brandschutztechnisch ertüchtig und um einen Anbau erweitert werden, um die aktuellen Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse für eine 2,5- zügige Grundschule mit Ganztagesbetrieb und Inklusion herzustellen. Die Pultdächer weisen schon seit längerer Zeit Undichtigkeiten auf, die sich auch an der Fassade widerspiegeln. Bei der Sanierung sollen diese Dächer gedämmt und die Dachhaut erneuert werden. Die Fassaden werden energetisch ertüchtigt, Fenster jedoch nicht ausgetauscht. Das Gebäude erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und ist in einem Teilbereich unterkellert. Der überdachte Außenbereich wird in das Schulgebäude integriert und beinhaltet zukünftig Nebenräume und die Räume der Schulsozialarbeit. Im 1.OG entstehen ein neuer Klassenraum und PC-Raum. Am nordöstlichen Giebel soll ein Anbau erstellt werden. Dieser beinhaltet im EG die neue Mensa inkl. Küchenräume. Im 1. OG ein Lehrerzimmer und die Räume der Schulleitung. Im 2.OG sind neue Schüler WCs geplant sowie eine Dachterrasse, die bei Bedarf später zu einem weiteren Klassenzimmer umgebaut werden könnte. Im Anbau werden der erste bauliche Rettungsweg sowie der neue Aufzug untergebracht, um die barrierefreie Erschließung der Schule zu gewährleisten. Die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung der gesamten Schule umfasst die Installation einer Brandmeldeanlage.
