Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe tender covers planning services for technical building equipment, specifically heating, ventilation and sanitary systems, across service phases 1 to 8 for an extension of the existing primary school in Kehl-Leutesheim, Germany. The extension will be built in timber construction with a flat roof and extensive green roof. Its purpose is to meet demand for education and childcare places, providing all-day care in a social, fully accessible building that enables inclusion and participation for people with physical impairments. The building should integrate architecturally and urban-planning-wise into its surroundings, and the works aim to create an inclusive, barrier-free facility.
