Description

Die Stadt Gronau (Westf.) erstellt aktuell den Neubau der Grüne-Aue-Schule, einer Grundschule im Stadtwesten. Hierfür ist die Brachfläche der ehemaligen Bahntrasse zwischen Marschallstraße im Norden und Steinstraße und Brookstraße im Süden vorgesehen. Hier steht für den Neubau der Schule eine Fläche von ca. 5.500 m² zur Verfügung. Am zukünftigen Schulgebäude werden Erd- und Obergeschoss in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise errichtet. Der Teilkeller wird aus WU-Beton hergestellt. Das Gebäude erhält eine Flachdachkonstruktion mit abschließender Dachbegrünung und Photovoltaikanlage in Teilbereichen. In diesem Vergabeverfahren wird die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung der raumlufttechnischen Anlagen nach DIN 18379 ausgeschrieben. Lieferung und Montage - einer Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit 144 kW Leistung, einschl. Schalldämmeinhausung - von ca. 160 m erdverlegtem Nahwärmeleitungsrohr DN 80 - eines Heizkreisverteilers mit 5 Paar Abgängen, Pumpen, Absperrarmaturen usw. - Zentrale Betriebstechnik wie 2000 Liter Heizwasserpufferspeicher, Schmutzabscheider, Druckhaltung und Nachspeisung - 7 Wärmemengenzählern DN 15 bis DN 50 - Ca. 570 m Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr DN 16 bis DN 50 - ca. 300 m Stahlrohr geschweißt DN 25 bis DN 80 - Rohrleitungsdämmung und Brandschutzdurchführungen - 8.200 m Fußbodenheizungsrohr mit 28 Verteilern - 7 Profil-Kompaktheizkörpern - Anlagenfüllung, Winterbauheizung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung Alle Massenangaben sind ca.-Angaben. Erstellung der Dokumentation, Durchführung der Hygieneinspektion und Durchführung der Wartungsarbeiten für den Zeitraum der Gewährleistung von vier Jahren
