Description

Die Stadt Gronau (Westf.) plant den Neubau der Grüne-Aue-Schule, einer Grundschule im Stadtwesten. Hierfür ist die Brachfläche der ehemaligen Bahntrasse zwischen Marschallstraße im Norden und Steinstraße und Brookstraße im Süden vorgesehen. Hier steht für den Neubau der Schule eine Fläche von ca. 5.500 m² zur Verfügung. Die Fläche wurde vorab gewerblich genutzt und wird vor Beginn der Rohbauarbeiten durch ein beauftragtes Unternehmen saniert. Am zukünftigen Schulgebäude werden Erd- und Obergeschoss in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise errichtet. Der Teilkeller wird aus WU-Beton hergestellt. Das Gebäude erhält eine Flachdachkonstruktion mit abschließender Dachbegrünung und Photovoltaikanlage in Teilbereichen. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes werden die Elektroinstallationsarbeiten ausgeschrieben. Zum Angebotsumfang gehören: KG 440: - PV-Anlage mit 220 Solarmodulen, Gesamtleistung ca. 100 kWp - Eine Niederspannungshauptverteilung, sechs Etagenverteilungen mit 63 Gruppensicherungen, KNX-Schaltaktoren für Beleuchtungs- und Jalousieanlage - Ca. 20.000 m Kabel NHXMH-J und 7.500 m JHSTH und KNX-Leitung - Ca. 420m Kabelrinne 100mm bis 600mm, ca. 2500 Kabelklammern und Sammelhalter, ca. 500 Verlegerohr, sowie neun Bodentanks - Ca. 500 Schaltereinbaugeräte, ca. 80 Präsenzmelder 2-Kanal, KNX und Dali, sechs Überspannungsschutzgehäuse - Ca. 120 Lichtbandleuchten, ca. 130 An- und Einbauleuchten, 45 Pendelleuchten - 420 m Blitzschutzleistung, 140 Hochspannungsfeste isolierte Leitung, 26 Fangstangen, 148qmm Schrittspannungsmatten KG 450: - Drei Notrufset für Behinderten-WC - Eine Sprechanlage Haupteingang - ELA Anlage mit ca. 70 Lautsprechern - Brandmeldeanlage mit 5 Ringen, 62 automatische Melder, 87 Melder mit Sounder, 12 Warntongeber, Feuerwehraufschaltung mit Feuerwehrschlüsseldepot, Freischaltelement und FIBS - Vier Netzwerkschränke, mit ca. 350 EDV-Ports, 300m LWL-Kabel und 10.000m Cat 7a Kabel Voraussichtlicher Ausführungszeitraum ist der unverzüglich nach Auftragserteilung, bis 06.07.2027.
