Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority intends to refurbish the interiors of the school centre in the Muenster-Kinderhaus district, serving the Geschwister-Scholl-Realschule and the Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium. This follows earlier works that relocated the canteen and moved the Grundschule am Kinderbach into a new building. The contract covers engineering services for building services installations (service profile Technische Ausruestung) required for the interior refurbishment, covering facility groups 1 to 6 and 8 under section 53(2) HOAI. Service phases 5 to 9 are to be carried out, without staged award; earlier phases are being prepared separately and are expected to be complete before the contract starts. Selected special services include daily presence on the construction site.
