Der Gasteig ist das große, zentral gelegene Kultur- und Bildungszentrum Münchens. Mit ca. 1,8 Millionen Besuchern und mehr als 1.800 Veranstaltungen pro Jahr ist er das größte Kulturzentrum Deutschlands. Nach einer über 30-jährigen, intensiven Nutzungsphase steht die Generalsanierung des Gebäudes an. Vorgelagert wird in den Jahren 2027-2028 die Schadstoffsanierung des Gebäudes erfolgen.Die Münchner Raumordnungsgesellschaft mbH (MRG) als Auftraggeberin (AG) beabsichtigt die bedarfsgerechte Versicherung während der vorgezogenen Schadstoffsanierung / des Rückbaus des Gasteigs im Rahmen einer Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung. Die Beschaffung der Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung erfolgt in vier Teilen.Der Führungsversicherer für die Grunddeckung der Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung wurde bereits ermittelt und beauftragt. In einem zweiten Verfahren folgte für die Grunddeckung die Ermittlung des/der Beteiligungsversicherer/s für die Grunddeckung. Dieses Verfahren steht kurz vor dem Abschluss.Der Vertrag für die Höherdeckung (Exzedent) wird in zwei weiteren Verfahren ausgeschrieben. Das Verfahren für den Führungsversicherer für die Höherdeckung wurde ebenfalls bereits gestartet.Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens ist die Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung für die vorgezogene Schadstoffsanierung - hier hinsichtlich des/der Beteiligtenversicherers für die Höherdeckung (Beschaffungsteil 4). In diesem Verfahren wird der im ersten Beschaffungsteil im Wege der Verhandlung ermittelte Vertrag zu Grunde gelegt; eine Verhandlung über Vertragsinhalte findet nicht statt. Es wird ein sog. Nicht offenes Verfahren gem. § 16 VgV durchgeführt. Dieses Verfahren wird jetzt gestartet. Die vorläufige Kontraktsumme beträgt 59 Mio. EUR.Der genaue Leistungsgegenstand ergibt sich aus den gesamten Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Police (Höherdeckung)- Vergabeunterlage D.01 nebst Anlagen sowie den Unterlagen zum Projekt - Vergabeunterlagen E_01.
