Summary

Machine-generated summary

Drywall and dry construction works for the new build of the Carl-Orff-School, including its media centre, at Beckstrasse 15-17 in Lingen, on the site of the former Pestalozzi School. The two-storey building is constructed as a timber-hybrid structure with approximately 2,993 m2 gross floor area, 2,653 m2 net room area and 13,252 m3 of built volume. Interior walls will largely be lightweight timber frame or solid timber partitions, with reinforced concrete only for the base slab, stair cores and lift shaft. The ground floor ceiling is a timber-concrete composite deck. Site access is via Beckstrasse with traffic safety measures, and contractors and suppliers must be briefed before works begin.
