Description

Der Neubau der Carl-Orff-Schule und Medienzentrums soll als ein möglichst kompaktes Gebäude über zwei Geschosse als Holz-Hybridbau erstellt werden. Die Gründung erfolgt als Flachgründung auf einer Stahlbeton- Bodenplatte. Die beiden Treppenhauskerne sowie der Aufzugsschacht werden ebenfalls in Stahlbeton ausgeführt. Die sonstigen Wände werden weitestgehend in Holzrahmen- bzw. Holzmassivbauweise erstellt. Dabei ermöglicht die Konstruktionsweise einen höchst flexiblen und umnutzungsfähigen Innenausbau mit leichten Trennwänden. Die Decke über EG wird aus schalltechnischen Gründen als Holz-Beton-Verbunddecke ausgeführt, über dem OG bleibt die Balkenlage der Holzbinderdecke in weiten Teilen sichtbar. Die Lagerung der Decken erfolgt punktuell durch Stützen sowie stellenweise tragende Massivholzwände aus Brettsperrholz. Erweiterte Holzbauarbeiten Gebäudeeckdaten: Brutto-Grundfläche nach DIN 277: 2.993 m2 Netto-Raumflächen nach DIN 277: 2.653 m2 Umbauter Raum gem.
