KARLA Verwaltungs- und Bildungszentrum - Trockenbauarbeiten III Der Landkreis Karlsruhe plant im Zuge der Neugestaltung des Landratsamtareals u.a. die Errichtung eines neuen Dienstgebäudes als Ersatz der bisherigen Bebauung am Standort Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. Zukünftig sollen an diesem Standort mehrere Dienststellen zusammengefasst werden und eine zukunftsweisende Neubebauung für den Landkreis Karlsruhe für ca. 1.000 Mitarbeiter.innen entstehen. Die Nutzung des Neubaus ist u.a. vorgesehen mit öffentlichen Servicebereichen des Landratsamtes Karlsruhe, öffentlichen Konferenzbereichen, Büroräumen, einem Betriebsrestaurant, Seminar- und Schulungsbereichen für externe Mieter, einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage, Solzialräumen, Nebenräumen, eine Kindertagesstätte und eine Berufsschule in Sondereigentum. Das Gebäude besitzt einen L-förmigen Grundriss mit seiner größten Ausdehnung in Ost-West-Richtung (unterirdisch) über alles von ca. 147m und einer Länge in Nord-Süd-Richtung von ca. 87m. Dieser Grundrissplot erstreckt sich unterirdisch bis in das 2. Untergeschoss und oberirdisch bis in das 4.Obergeschoss (Bereiche Flachbau). Ab dem 5. Obergeschoss wird das Gebäude auf den Hochhausgrundriss reduziert, der sich etwa im Zentrum des L-förmigen Flachbaus befindet und einen rechteckigen Grundriss von ca. 26,6m x 34,7m aufweist. Der Hochhausgrundriss wird bis in das 23. Obergeschoss geführt, womit das Gebäude dann eine Höhe von 89,90m aufweist. Das Gewerk "Trockenbau III" umfasst insbesondere die Ausführung von Trockenbauarbeiten, im Wesentlichen die Lieferung und Montage von Ständerwandkonstruktionen und -Vorsatzschalen bzw. Schachtwände mit Gips- und Zementplattenbekleidungen, jeweils mit und ohne Anforderungen an den Brandschutz bis einschließlich F120-M. Außerdem Direktbekleidungen von Holz- und Stahlbauteilen mit Feuerschutzplatten sowie hängende Deckenschürzen zur Befestigung von bauseitigen Glas- und Systemtrennwänden. Außerdem Direkt- bekleidung von Holzdeckenkonstruktionen mit Feuerschutzplatten sowie abgehängte Deckenkonstruktionen und alle zugehörigen Leistungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt in den Ebenen E05 bis einschließlich E23 des Hochhauses, jeweils abschnittsweise und unter Beachtung der in KEV116.1 angegebenen Fristen. Der Auftrag umfasst folgenden wesentlichen Leistungsumfang: • ca. 230m² GK-Wand-Direktbekleidung F0 • ca. 2.975m² GK-Wandkonstruktion F0 • ca. 175m² GK-Installationstrennwand F0 • ca. 2.250m² GK-Vorsatzschale F0 • ca. 200m² Bekleidung von Holzstützen, F30+F90+F120 • ca. 660m² GK-Wandkonstruktion F30 • ca. 400m² GK-Wandkonstruktion F90 • ca. 750m² Komplextrennwand F120-A+mB • ca. 185m² Entrauchungsschachtwand F120-A • ca. 405m² Deckenbekleidung auf Stahlverbundträgern F90 • ca. 4.850m² Deckenbekleidung auf BSH-Decken F90 • ca. 175m² Deckenbekleidung auf BSH-Decken F120 • ca. 400m² abgehängte GK-Decke • ca. 1.100m abgehängte Deckenschürzen für Systemtrennwand • ca. 65m² Deckenkofferverkleidungen F90
