Neubau Laborgebäude in Stahlbetonbauweise mit einer Holzsandwichfassade und davorgestellten Architekturbetonelementen. Kubatur differenziert sich weiterhin durch rückversetzte Dachterrassen und einem zweigeschossigem Technikaufbau mit Flachdach. 2. Umfassende Sanierung denkmalgeschütztes Bestandsgebäude (Altbau) der vorletzten Jahrhundertwende.
