Das Deutsche Archäologische Institut (DAI) als wissenschaftliche Forschungseinrichtung im Geschäftsbereich des Auswärtigen Amtes mit Abteilungen und Forschungsstellen im In- und Ausland schreibt die Gebäudereinigungsleistungen an insgesamt 8 Liegenschaften im Berliner Stadtgebiet aus (u. a. Bürogebäude, Werkstätten, Archivflächen sowie Übernachtungsbereiche - siehe Anlage B0 Objektübersicht). Die zu reinigenden Flächen ergeben sich aus den Preisverzeichnissen. Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgt nach insgesamt zwei Losen, welche wie folgt aufgeteilt sind: Los 1: Unterhaltsreinigung Los 2: Glas- und Rahmenreinigung; Bei den nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die Reinigungsleistungen für die Berliner Liegenschaften des Deutschen Archäologischen Instituts - im Folgenden AG genannt. Es handelt sich um die Erbringung der jährlichen Glas- und Rahmenreinigung für insgesamt 8 Objekte (siehe B0 Objektübersicht). Die folgenden Leistungen sind Bestandteil:  Glas- und Rahmenreinigungen  Sonderreinigungen Die Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Gebäudetypen und Nutzungsarten sowie die repräsentative Bedeutung der Liegenschaften stellen hohe Anforderungen an die Qualität der Glas- und Rahmenreinigung. Bei einem Teil der Objekte handelt es sich um denkmalgeschützte Gebäude, deren Bausubstanz, Fassadenelemente und Rahmenmaterialien eine besonders schonende und materialgerechte Behandlung erfordern. Der AN hat die Leistungserbringung unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der optischen Reinigungsqualität, der fachgerechten Behandlung aller Glasflächen und Rahmenmaterialien sowie des langfristigen Werterhalts der Bausubstanz auszurichten. Eine eigenverantwortliche, bedarfsgerechte und den Anforderungen des Denkmalschutzes entsprechende Ausführung wird vom AG als wesentliche Anforderung vorausgesetzt.
