Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Durchführung von turnusmäßigen Unterhaltsreinigungen, regelmäßigen Glas- und Rahmenreinigungen sowie jährlichen Grundreinigungsleistungen in den Liegenschaften und öffentlichen Einrichtungen der Gemeinde Wiesenburg/Mark. Das zu vergebende Gesamtvolumen umfasst eine geschätzte jährliche Reinigungsfläche von rund 240.000 m² (kumulierte Jahresreinigungsmenge über alle Raumgruppen und Intervalle) sowie ca. 480 m² jährliche Glasreinigungsfläche. Der Auftrag wird im Rahmen eines europaweiten Offenen Verfahrens vergeben und ist zum Zweck der Mittelstandsförderung in acht (8) eigenständige Lose unterteilt. Bieter haben die Möglichkeit, Angebote für ein einzelnes Los, für mehrere Lose oder für alle Lose abzugeben. Die Vergabe und der Vertragsschluss erfolgen pro Objekt (Los).
