Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is seeking research and development services with related consultancy for the Experimental Housing and Urban Development (ExWoSt) programme. The research project is to identify success strategies and obstacles in the planning and implementation of new urban quarters, options for action available to municipalities, and suitable control instruments of the federal level. Around 50 case examples are to be analysed for quality aspects and the instruments and strategies applied. Two accompanying expert studies examine the topic from separate perspectives. New findings and action recommendations for municipalities are to be developed, transferred to target groups through tailored products in a continuous dissemination process, and backed by a dialogue with relevant actors such as the property and housing industry and municipalities.

Description

As the official award notices state them, over the last 3 years. Tenders per lot count open and restricted procedures only: in a negotiated procedure or a direct award a single tender is the procedure itself. The country is the one the notice gives for the winner.

One dot per award, on the day it was signed, sized by its value. A ring is an award with no published value.
