Description

Die betriebliche Krankenversicherung ist als obligatorischer Gruppenversicherungsvertrag auszugestalten. Der Vertrag ist für alle Beschäftigten abzuschließen, die sich zum Vertragsbeginn in einem ungekündigten Beschäftigungsverhältnis mit der Rheinbahn AG befinden und durch die Rheinbahn AG zum Versicherungsvertrag angemeldet werden. Die Rheinbahn AG gewährt den anspruchsberechtigten Beschäftigten einen freiwilligen, steuerfreien Sachbezug in Höhe von derzeit maximal 30,00 EUR pro Monat je versicherter Person gemäß § 8 Abs. 2 Satz 11 EStG zur Finanzierung der betrieblichen Krankenversicherung. Die Ausschreibung umfasst einen Gruppenvertrag mit einer Mindestlaufzeit von zwei Jahren.
