Bezeichnung der Leistung: Ersatzbeschaffung 1 x Einsatzleitwagen - ELW 1 Erklärung: Einsatzleitwagen - ELW 1 mit einer feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung Das Fahrzeug wird jeweils in 2 Losen ausgeschrieben: Los 1 - Fahrgestell und Aufbau Los 2 - feuerwehrtechnische Beladung Der Landkreis Greiz hat zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben nach § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 ThürBKG Stützpunktfeuerwehren und andere Feuerwehren mit überörtlichen Aufgaben zu planen und entsprechend auszustatten (Stufe 2). Gleiches gilt für den Landkreis Greiz nach § 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 ThürKatSVO als Aufgabe im übertragenen Wirkungskreis zur Aufstellung der Basis- und Sondereinheiten sowie die Einrichtungen des Katastrophenschutzes. Mit der Neubeschaffung des Einsatzleitwagens - ELW 1 (Stufe 2) zur Anrechnung für die Katastrophenschutzeinheit Gefahrgutzug, kommt der Landkreis Greiz dieser Aufgabe nach.
