Description

LOS 1: Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die Regelung der Planung, Erstellung und des Bezuges von insgesamt sechs (6) Stück - inkl. Optionen zur Nachbeschaffung im Ersatzfall bei einer Außerbetriebnahme eines Abrollbehälter - identischen und baugleichen AB HPM, im Wesentlichen jeweils bestehend aus dem reinen Abrollbehälter (AB) und dem aufgebauten Hochleistungspumpenmodul samt etwaiger Beistellungen, entsprechend § 1 Ziff. 2 der Vertragsurkunde. Geschuldet sind die für den Feuerwehreinsatz jeweils vollständig zusammengestellten und bereiten Gesamtwerke "AB HPM" (im Folgenden auch als Produkt [Einzahl oder Mehrzahl] bezeichnet). Die zu erbringenden Leistungen werden in ihrer Gesamtheit Vertragsgegenstand; diese bilden nicht nur wirtschaftlich, sondern auch rechtlich eine Einheit. ====== LOS 2: Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Regelung des Bezuges von Armaturen für Hochleistungspumpenmodule, im Weiteren bezeichnet als Produkt/e. Sie zeichnet den rechtlichen Rahmen zum Abschluss der jeweiligen Einzelkaufverträge. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung gilt nur für Los 2. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung gilt nur für Los 2, auch wenn Los 1 fälschlicherweise durch die Vergabeplattform ebenfalls als Rahmenvereinbarung beschrieben wird. Dies ist falsch. Es handelt sich nur bei Los 2 um eine Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Laufzeit für Los 1 beträgt 10 Jahre.; Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 580.000,00 EUR.
