Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die regelmäßig stattfindende verrichtungsorientierte Unterhaltsreinigung in den gemieteten Geschäftsräumen der BwFPS. Die Büroräume befinden sich in einem Gebäude mit insgesamt 1.055 m² Gesamtfläche und erstrecken sich über zwei Etagen (1. OG und 2. UG). Im 2 UG befindet sich lediglich das Lager. In der Anlage Leistungsverzeichnis sind sind alle zu reinigende Räume mit der m²-Zahl, deren Raumgruppenzuordnung, die Frequenz und der Umfang der zu erbringenden Reinigungsdienstleistung dargestellt. ACHTUNG: Aufgrund der örtlichen Verhältnisse ist eine vorherige Begehung vor Ablauf der Angebotsfrist zwingend vorgeschrieben. Dies bedeutet, dass Angebote von Bietern/Bietergemeinschaften, welche nicht vorab eine Ortsbesichtigung durchgeführt haben, von der Wertung ausgeschlossen werden. Als Nachweis der Teilnahme an der Ortsbesichtigung erhält der Bieter eine unterschriebene Teilnahmebescheinigung. Kontaktdaten zur Terminvereinbarung sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
