Bestimmung eines Netzbetreibers für den Aus- bzw. Aufbau und Betrieb eines Gigabitnetzes gemäß dieser Ausschreibungsbekanntmachung, insbesondere der Karte zur Darstellung der Projektgebiete / Erschließungsgebiete, im Rahmen der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetzes in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ - Zuwendungen des Bundes für ein Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell nach Nr. 3.1 der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ vom 31.03.2023, in der Änderungsfassung vom 13.01.2025 im Rahmen des „Lückenschluss-Pilotprogrammes“ im Sinne der Nr. 9 der Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0 Bestimmung eines Netzbetreibers für den Aus- bzw.
