Aufbau und Betrieb eines Gigabitnetzes gemäß dieser Ausschreibungsbekanntmachung, insbesondere der Karte zur Darstellung der Projektgebiete / Erschließungsgebiete, im Rahmen der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ - Gigabit-Richtlinie des Bundes 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) vom Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur vom 30.04.2024 inkl. der zum Zeitpunkt der Bekanntmachung geltenden Nebenbestimmungen. Bestimmung eines Netzbetreibers für den Aus- bzw.
