Die Stadt Ibbenbüren schreibt die Erschließung des ersten Baubschnitts für das Gewerbegebiet Inova-Park aus. Das Gewerbegebiet Inova-Park liegt in Ibbenbüren im Ortsteil Schafberg. Die Erschließungsarbeiten werden zusammen im Paket ausgeschrieben, da die Gesamtvergabe der Leistungen aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen erforderlich und sachlich gerechtfertigt ist. Nur auf diesem Weg können unverhältnismäßige Koordinierungsrisiken vermieden und die ordnungsgemäße, wirtschaftliche sowie fristgerechte Durchführung der Erschließungsmaßnahmen gewährleistet werden. Die Stadt Ibbenbüren plant die Erschließung des ersten Baubschnitts für das Gewerbegebiet Inova-Park. Die zu erschließenden Grundstücke bestehen im Wesentlichen aus ehemalig durch die Bergbauindustrie genutzten Flächen, die nach Abschluss des Bergbaus freigeräumt und für eine neue Nutzung vorbereitet wurden. Im Süden des Gebiets bleibt in Angrenzung an die Osnabrücker Straße eine Gebäudegruppe erhalten, die einer neuen Nutzung zugeführt wird. Im Osten Grenzt der Inova-Park an die Grundstücke des ehemaligen Kraftwerksgeländes, auf dem die Amprion derzeit eine Konverterstation errichtet. Vor dem Hintergrund des engen Zeitrahmens für die Fertigstellung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen muss auf dem Baufeld in mehreren Teilbereichen gleichzeitig gearbeitet werden: - Teilbereich Regenrückhaltebecken Oelmühlenstraße - Teilbereich Kanal- u. Straßenbau Landabsatz u. Nord-Südverbindung - Teilbereich Kanal- u. Straßenbau Gleispark und Umring In den einzelnen Teilbereichen müssen leistungsfähige Kolonnen mit entsprechendem Maschinen- und Personaleinsatz eingesetzt werden. Für die vorgenannten Arbeitsabschnitte stehen begrenzte Platzverhältnisse zur Verfügung, da große Teile des zu erschließenden Gewerbegebiets bereits verkauft sind. Die zu nutzenden Grundstücksteile sind im "Übersichtslageplan Flächennutzung" gekennzeichnet. Alle Einzelheiten zu den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind dem anliegenden Leistungsverzeichnis sowie den weiteren Anlagen und Dokumenten im Vergabeverfahren zu entnehmen.
