Umsetzung Gebäudeautomationskonzept Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Ulm Die Ausführung umfasst die Aktualisierung der Gebäudeautomation im Inselbereich mit 99 Informationsschwerpunkten (ISP) mit ca. 19.008 physikalischen Datenpunkten sowie ca. 2.089 virtuellen Datenpunkten. Der Endausbau (voraussichtlich bis 2038) umfasst nach aktueller Planung ca. 215 ISP mit ca. 60.000 Datenpunkten mit ca. 265.000 BACnet Objekte. Betroffen sind die Feld-, Automations- und Managementebene entsprechend den technischen Funktionalforderungen (Teil 5, 6 und 7) der aktuellen Fassung der Zentralen Dienstvorschrift Gebäudeautomation A1810/32, Anlage 5.2 "Handbuch Gebäudeautomation (HB GA)". Auf dieser Grundlage werden auch die Anpassungen an notwendigen Räumlichkeiten, Aufstellorte usw. vorgenommen. Dies umfasst weitere Gewerke wie Hochbau und die technische Gebäudeausrüstung. Diese Gewerke sind nicht Bestandsteil dieser Ausschreibung. Mit dem Angebot für die Umsetzung des Gebäudeautomationskonzeptes ist auch ein "Servicevertrag für die Softwarepflege der Gebäudeautomation in Liegenschaften der Bundeswehr" und eine separate Rahmenvereinbarung für die Gebäudeautomation (Vergabe-Nr. 26-21438) für weitere Erweiterungen des Inselbereiches für das Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Ulm anzubieten. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst aktuell ca. 86 Informationsschwerpunkte (ISP) mit ca. 21.484 physikalischen Datenpunkten und 2.761 virtuellen Datenpunkten. Einzelaufträge über den Rahmenvertrag werden sukzessiv abgerufen und dessen Ausführung erfolgt größtenteils parallel zur Hauptmaßnahme. Für den Zuschlag wird eine Wertungssumme aus allen drei Angebotsteilen gebildet. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
