Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin, beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines zukunftsweisenden Neubaus für das Deutsche Herzzentrum der Charité (DHZC) im südwestlichen Bereich des Campus Virchow-Klinikums (CVK). In dem geplanten Neubau werden die Zentrale Sterilgutversorgung (ZSVA) und die Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) untergebracht. Auf dem Dach des Gebäudes wird ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz errichtet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die folgenden Gewerke: Starkstromanlagen für den Sockel (Ebenen U2 bis E05) für das neu errichtete Gebäude des DHZC mit folgenden Hauptmerkmalen: ▪ Niederspannungshauptverteilungen 400V mit bis zu 12 Feldern (6 St) ▪ Doppelböden in elektrischen Betriebsräumen (ca. 280 m2) ▪ Offene Leistungsschalter 3p und 4p 1600-6300 A inkl. Einbau in die vorgenannten Hauptverteilungen (21 St) ▪ Stromschienen 1600 A - 6300 A in einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 500 m inkl. Brandschutzeinhausungen, Dehnungsstücken, Phasenwechslern und sonstigen Verbindungselementen. ▪ 21 Anschlusselemente für Stromschienen 1600 A - 6300 A an Einspeise- und Kupplungsfeldern von Hauptverteilungen ▪ 7 Anschlusselemente für Stromschienen 2000 A an bestehende 1000 kVA Gießharztransformatoren im AF-Betrieb; ▪ Kabelrinnen 100-600 mm (vorwiegend in MLAR-Ausführung und Deckenmontage) - ca. 13.000 m ▪ Kabelrinnen 100-400 in E30/E90 Ausführung als Normtragekonstruktion nach DIN 4102-12 oder kabelspezifische Tragkonstruktion - ca. 2.000 m ▪ Steigetrassen als Kabelleiter oder C-Profilschienen-Ausführung (ca. 2500 m) ▪ E/I Brandschutzkanäle (E30/E90) (ca. 500 m) ▪ Niederspannungsunterverteilungen und Endverteilungen der Allgemein- (AV) und Sicherheitsstromversorgung (SV) (150 St) ▪ IT Netze (Verteiler) je 8 kVA (110 St) ▪ 2 und 3-zügige medizinische Versorgungseinheiten für die Bettenversorgung in Patientenzimmern inkl. Wandhalterungen für Patientenentertainment (ca. 160 Betten) ▪ Estrichbündige oder estrichüberdeckte Bodenkanäle (700 m) ▪ Bodentanks für die Arbeitsplatzversorgung (130 St) ▪ Brüstungskanäle für die Arbeitsplatzversorgung (1300 m) ▪ Farblicht/Tuneable White Steuerung (DALI DT8) der Beleuchtung in ca. 75 Räumen ▪ Melde-, Bedien- und Anzeigentableaus für IT-Netze in Patientenzimmern/Stützpunkten (ca. 80 St) ▪ OP Tableaus mit oder Integration von Fremdgewerken (24 St) ▪ Ca. 10.000 Schuko-Steckdosen 230 V ▪ DALI-2 Präsenzsensoren (ca. 1200 St) ▪ DALI-Parametrierung von 7.000 Leuchten ▪ Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage inkl. Batterie, ca. 15 kW, 240 Ah mit ca. 1300 Sicherheitsleuchten ▪ Leuchten 7.000 St ▪ Potentialausgleichschienen Cu (450 St) ▪ Kabelboxen Brandschutz (30/90) ca. 800 St Die Ausführung erfolgt unter Aufrechterhaltung des Krankenhausbetriebs am Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK).
