Machbarkeitsstudie zur Schienen- und Buserschließung Ostfeld Teil III, Wiesbaden; Machbarkeitsstudie Mit dem Stadtentwicklungsprojekt "Ostfeld" plant die Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden (LHW) die Schaffung eines eigenständigen, innovativen, urbanen und vor allem lebenswerten und nachhaltigen neuen Stadtquartiers im Osten von Wiesbaden. Hierzu hat die Stadtverordnetenversammlung der LHW im September 2020 die Anwendung einer städtebaulichen Entwicklungsmaßnahme (SEM Ostfeld) beschlossen. Durch deren Umsetzung will die LHW insbesondere den strukturell erhöhten Bedarf an Wohn- und Arbeitsstätten decken und ihrer Funktion als Oberzentrum und als Standort von bedeutenden Bundes- und Landesbehörden auch in der Zukunft gerecht werden. Das Plangebiet umfasst einen Bereich von ca. 450 Hektar. Die SEM Ostfeld zeichnet sich durch die Schaffung von zwei räumlich getrennt liegenden Baufeldern aus. Im Norden des Entwicklungsbereiches soll westlich der B 455 auf der Höhe der Ortslage Wiesbaden-Erbenheim auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 30 Hektar ein neuer zentraler Behördenstandort für das Bundeskriminalamt perspektivisch für bis zu 7.000 Mitarbeitende entstehen. Im Süden des Entwicklungsbereiches soll rund um das Biehler Wäldchen/Fort Biehler ein kompaktes, nachhaltiges, urbanes, klimasensibles und lebenswertes neues Stadtquartier für min. 10.000 Menschen entstehen. Damit leistet die LHW einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Wohnraumversorgung und zur wirtschaftlichen, ökologischen und sozialen Weiterentwicklung der Region Rhein-Main. Der Großteil des Plangebiets soll neben den für die Siedlungsentwicklung erforderlichen Infrastrukturen als Landschaftsraum erhalten und gestärkt werden. Inhalte und Ziele der MBKS III - Untersuchung der Machbarkeit einer Straßenbahnerschließung - Untersuchung einer vergleichbar leistungsfähigen Buserschließung - Verknüpfung der Systeme - Leistungsfähigkeit ÖPNV - Straßenbahnerschließung - Schrittweise Erweiterung einer Straßenbahntrasse für das Ostfeld - Buserschließung Weiterführende Informationen sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung (02a_VgV_SEG_Ostfeld_MBKS_Leistungsbeschreibung) zu finden. Optionen Es erfolgt ein stufenweiser Leistungsabruf. Die Beauftragung der Stufe 2 erfolgt unter der Voraussetzung, dass in Stufe 1 keine Förderfähigkeit festgestellt wurde und unter der Voraussetzung, dass keine widersprechenden Gremienbeschlüsse vorliegen sowie der Entscheidung des AG im Projektverlauf: Stufe I: Arbeitspakete 01-14, Stufe II: Arbeitspakete 15-33 Mit dem Zuschlag in diesem Vergabeverfahren werden zunächst folgende Leistungen abgerufen: Stufe I: Arbeitspakete 01-14 Der Auftragnehmer hat keinen Anspruch auf den Abruf von einzelnen und / oder sämtlichen Stufen und kann aus einem Nichtabruf auch keine weitergehenden Ansprüche (z. B. auf Schadensersatz oder Honorarerhöhung) herleiten. Projekttermine: Beginn der Leistungserbringung: ca. Oktober 2026 Zwischentermin1: ca. Januar 2027 Zwischentermin 2: ca.
