Description

RV-Vordrucke Der Vertrag soll es der Zentrale der BA ermöglichen, den Dienststellen Vordrucke in unterschiedlichen Qualitäten, Formaten und Farben über den Vertragszeitraum von vier Jahren ab Zuschlagerteilung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es wird für beide Parteien zum Ende des zweiten bzw. dritten Vertragsjahres eine Kündigungsmöglichkeit mit einer Frist von 6 Monaten gegeben. Der Vertrag beinhaltet die drucktechnische Herstellung von Vordruckformularen in verschiedenen Ausführungen und unterschiedlicher Auflagenhöhe (von ca. 150 bis 1.300.000 je Vordruckformular) sowie deren Lieferung. Die genannten Mengen sind ausschließlich als Kalkulationsgrößen zu verstehen. Eine Mindestabnahmeverpflichtung für den Auftraggeber besteht nicht. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, unbeschadet dieser Kalkulationsmenge auch darunter und darüber liegende Bestellmengen vertragsgemäß auszuliefern.
