Der AG vergibt einen Auftrag zur Belieferung der Bayerischen Polizei mit Polohemden Der AG sichert dem AN während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit die Abnahme folgender Abnahmemengen zu. Diese sind der Kalkulation zu Grunde zu legen: - 10.000 Polohemden blau, mit Schriftzug „POLIZEI“; - 1.000 Polohemden blau, mit Schriftzug „JUSTIZ“ ohne Brusttasche und HSG-Schlaufen; - 500 Polohemden blau, mit Schriftzug „Sicherheitswacht“; - 500 Polohemden schwarz, ohne Schriftzüge und Ärmelabzeichen; Der AN hat nur Anspruch auf die Abnahme dieser vertraglich vereinbarten Mindestabnahmemengen. Unverbindliche Abnahmemenge: Darüber hinaus stellt der AN sicher, dass zusätzlich zu der verbindlichen Mindestabnahmemenge weitere Mengen während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit unverbindlich abgenommen werden können. - 12.000 Polohemden (Polohemd blau, mit Schriftzug „POLIZEI“; Polohemd blau, mit Schriftzug „JUSTIZ“ ohne Brusttasche und HSG-Schlaufen; Polohemd blau, mit Schriftzug „Sicherheitswacht“ oder Polohemd schwarz, ohne Schriftzüge und Ärmelabzeichen) Ein Anspruch des ANs auf Abnahme der unverbindlichen Menge besteht nicht.
