Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Belieferung der Bayerischen Polizei mit Übungsmunition zur Schießaus- und -fortbildung im Kaliber 5,56 mm x 45. - Die Munition ist zum Verschuss aus Waffen mit Zug-/ Feldprofil geeignet - Die Munition ist mindestens schadstoffreduziert - Das Geschoss ist ein Vollmantel-Weichkerngeschoss (VMWK) - Das Geschoss ist bleifrei - Der Anzündsatz und das Treibladungspulver sind schadstoffreduziert und bleifrei Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
