Description

Beschafft werden soll ein modernes Pulverdiffraktometer als Doppelarbeitsplatzsystem. Das Gerät soll mit einer gemeinsamen Röntgenquelle ressourcenschonend sowohl Messungen im Standardbetrieb mit hohem Probendurchsatz als auch hochaufgelöste Analysen ermöglichen. Es ersetzt ein seit 1989 eingesetztes Altgerät, dessen Betrieb und Instandhaltung inzwischen nur noch eingeschränkt möglich sind. Zum Lieferumfang gehören das Doppelplatzgerät nach aktuellem Stand der Technik mit automatischer Selbstjustage beim Wechsel der Röntgenquelle, zwei Röntgenquellen mit unterschiedlicher Strahlung sowie ein automatischer Probenwechsler für Kapillaren und Flachträger.
