Summary

Machine-generated summary

Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart awarded planning and consulting services for fire protection as well as site supervision for fire protection at Diakonissenkrankenhaus und Paulinenhilfe gGmbH in Stuttgart. Trias Brandschutzplanung won the contract. The broader project covers the modernisation of five existing operating theatres, their extension by one operating theatre, full renewal of the building services and medical technology, and cafeteria and staff restaurant works, in stages while the hospital continues operating. Estimated construction costs amount to around EUR 72 million including 19% VAT, with optional work of around EUR 3 million for examination and treatment rooms and around EUR 25 million for demolition and rebuilding at Falkert-/Lerchenstrasse corner. Award of individual stages required project approval by the Sozialministerium.
