Description

Die Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH wird in den nächsten Jahren - abhängig von der Bereitstellung von Finanzmitteln - den Gebäudebestand in zahlreichen Einzelmaßnahmen sanieren und bei Bedarf zur Anpassung an zeitgemäße medizinische Erfordernisse umbauen. Die zu schließende Rahmenvereinbarung betrifft nicht sämtliche Häuser und Maßnahmen. So findet derzeit bereits eine abschnitts- bzw. hausweise durchgeführte Bestandssanierung (brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung; Modernisierung Beleuchtung und Lichtrufanlage) statt, die parallel zu den nach der zu vergebenden Rahmenvereinbarung zu erbringenden Leistungen weitergeführt wird. Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren wird ein Auftragnehmer gesucht, der für das Bauvorhaben im Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS die Grundleistungen der LPH 2 bis 8 gem. § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, 2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, 3. Lufttechnische Anlagen, 7. nutzungsspezifische Anlagen (med. Gase) 8. Gebäudeautomation gem. § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI auf Basis einzelner Aufträge erbringt. Leistungen der LPH 4 werden nur ausnahmsweise, d. h. nur wenn konkrete Tätigkeiten notwendig sind, beauftragt.
