Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Institute of Geoanthropology in Jena is procuring engineering services for technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitation) under the German fee structure HOAI 2021. The project is the comprehensive refurbishment of two listed former clinic buildings on Lessingstrasse, to be converted into office, seminar, laboratory, storage, server and decision theatre spaces. The laboratories and server rooms will be placed in the 1991 extension of the former urology building, while offices will occupy the listed 1914 part and the former ENT clinic of 1928. Services cover service phases 2 to 9, special services, coordination with heritage authorities, and BIM services under an Open-BIM approach.
