Description

Der Überbau der Neckarwehrbrücke in Hessigheim muss saniert werden. Dafür ist eine Objektplanung, sowie eine Tragwerksplanung notwendig. Der Überbau beinhaltet einen Gerberträger, der im Zuge der Sanierung / Ersatzneubau nach Möglichkeit entfallen soll. Der Gerberträger befindet sich oberhalb einer Schleuse, die während der Bauzeit in Betrieb bleiben muss. Es soll zunächst ein Vertrag über die Leistungsphasen 1 - 4 geschlossen werden. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen können bereits angeboten werden, und ggf. zu eine späteren Zeitpunkt stufenweise beauftragt. Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke, Lph 1 - 3 Tragwerkplanung, Lph 1 - 4 die Arbeiten müssen in enger Abstimmung mit dem AG erfolgen. Es ist ausdrücklich gefordert, den AG an der Planung zu beteiligen. Auftragsgegenstand ist nicht das Vorlegen einer fertigen Planung nach Richtlinien, sondern das gemeinsame Entwickeln einer umsetzbaren Lösung.
