Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Sanierung, Erweiterung und den Umbau des Parlamentsgebäudes am Düsseldorfer Rheinufer. Ziel der Gesamtmaßnahme ist es, das Gebäude baulich, funktional, technisch sowie energetisch so weiterzuentwickeln, dass es sowohl den aktuellen als auch den zukünftigen Anforderungen an einen modernen Parlamentsbetrieb gerecht wird und zugleich den klimapolitischen Zielen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen entspricht. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die umfassende Fachplanung der Fassadentechnik für das Bestandsgebäude des Landtags Nordrhein-Westfalen in Düsseldorf. Die Fassaden und Glasdächer des Landtagsgebäudes wurden 1985 bis 1986 durch die ARGE Fassade Beaujean - Thierron (BTH) geplant und ausgeführt. Die bauliche Hülle setzt sich aus verschiedenen Fassadentypen zusammen, die sich hinsichtlich Materialität, Konstruktion, Bauphysik und Sicherheit deutlich unterscheiden. Grundlage der Fachingenieurleistungen für die Fassadentechnik bilden die vorhandenen Bestandsunterlagen sowie die bereits durchgeführten Untersuchungen und Gutachten. Die Gesamtfassadenfläche beträgt rund 26.000 m² und lässt sich u. a. wie folgt gliedern: - Regelfassade: ca. 20.000 m² - Wandelhallenfassade: ca. 600 m² - Treppenhausfassaden: ca. 1.150 m² - Sonderfassaden: ca. 2.220 m² - Überhangfassaden: ca. 2.200 m² - Innenraumfassaden: ca. 200 m² Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 1 zum Vertrag, Anlage 2 zur AzA). Die vorhandenen Bestandsunterlagen sowie die bereits durchgeführten Untersuchungen und Gutachten stellt der Landtag den ausgewählten Bewerbern in der Angebotsphase zur Verfügung.
