Description

Bei der eingeforderten Leistung handelt es sich um die Tragwerksplanung für ein Bestandshörsaalgebäude auf dem Campus der Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf. Hier sollen die Lüftungsanlagen von 10 Hörsälen und einer Cafeteria ausgetauscht werden. Die Hörsäle sollen in Bezug auf Barrierefreiheit, Schadstofffreiheit, energetisch und optisch saniert werden. Das Tragsystem der 10 Hörsäle besteht aus Stahlfachwerkträgern mit Flachdach, die vorgelagerte, verbindende Wandelhalle, aus einer Stahlbetonstützenkonstruktion im Rastersystem mit Flachdach. Die Tragwerksplanung soll baubegleitend erfolgen und diverse Bauzustande wie z. B. neu einzubringenden Lasten aus z. B. RLT-Anlagen, neue Heiz-/Kühldecke, neue Leitungsführung berücksichtigen. Im Zuge der Planung wird eine CFD-Simulation durchgeführt. (Simulationen zur Überprüfung und Optimierung der Raumluftströmung und der thermischen Verhältnisse an Hand eines Durchschnittshörsaals). Aus dieser Simulation könnte zum Beispiel ein Aufstellen von Lüftungsgeräten auf dem Bestandsdach resultieren. Die genehmigte Bestandsstatik aus dem Jahr 1972, besteht aus diversen, der Große des Baus angemessenen Ordnern. Diese wurden bereits eingescannt und liegen digital vor. In der Grundlagenermittlung wird davon ausgegangen, dass der zukünftige Tragwerksplaner diese sichtet und analysiert. Seit 2024 steht das Gebäude unter vorläufigem Denkmalschutz. Die Hörsäle 5D-F sollen denkmalgerecht saniert werden. Dies bedeutet, dass sowohl Stühle als auch die bestehende Wandvertäfelung abgebaut, aufgearbeitet und wieder eingebaut werden.
