Drei Mühl-/Räderbachstege im Bereich der LGS Planungsleistungen Ingenieurbauwerke und Tragwerksplanung und Planungsvorschläge Drei Mühl-/Räderbachstege im Bereich der LGS Planungsleistungen Ingenieurbauwerke, Tragwerksplanung und Planungsvorschläge Die Stadt Offenburg wird im Jahr 2032 eine Landesgartenschau (LGS) durchführen. Im Rahmen der LGS Offenburg werden mehrere Brücken und Stege über die Kinzig, den Mühlbach und den Räderbach gebaut. Die Gestaltung der neuen Brücken und Stegen soll auf dem Gestaltungskonzept der LGS aufbauen. Die Stadt Offenburg führt dazu zwei VgV- Verfahren mit Lösungsansätzen zur Vergabe der Ingenieurbauleistungen + Tragwerksplanung durch. • VgV Kinzigbrücke LGS Nord • VgV Stege Mühl- und Räderbach Die folgende Aufgabenbeschreibung "Stege Mühl- und Räderbach" bezieht sich auf die Neugestaltung von 3 Stegen über den Mühl- und Räderbach im Bereich der Landesgartenschau. Die Länge der einzelnen Stege liegt bei ca. 15m. Ein Mühlbachsteg (1) soll nördlich des Südrings als reiner Fußweg mit einer nutzbaren Breite von 2,50 m geplant werden, ein weiterer Mühbachsteg (2) im Süden des LGS-Geländes, als Fuß- und Radweg mit einer nutzbaren Breite von 3,50m. Der Räderbachsteg (3) ist als Fußweg entsprechend Mühlbachsteg (1) geplant. Im weiteren Verfahren soll ein Konzeptentwurf für einen "Musterstegsteg" erarbeitet werden, dessen Entwurfsprinzipien auf alle 3 Stege übertragen werden können. Die Gestaltung der Brücken und Stege hat eine zentrale gestalterische und inhaltliche Rolle innerhalb der Planung der neuen Parklandschaften. Ziel ist es, innovative, nachhaltige und funktionale Übergänge zu entwickeln, die über ihre reine Verbindungsfunktion hinaus als eigenständige gestalterische Raumelemente wirken. Brücken und Stege sollen als prägende Verbindungen zwischen den verschiedenen Themenbereichen der LGS dienen und zugleich den Dialog zwischen Natur, Technik und Landschaftsarchitektur symbolisieren. Für die Baumaßnahme wurde ein Kostenrahmen von ca. 440.000,- EUR Nettobaukosten pro Steg ermittelt.
