Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Dr. Ingeborg von Tessin and Marion von Tessin Foundation is procuring specialist design services for building services installations ( HVAC: heating, ventilation, sanitation ) for the MAX 59 project in Augsburg. The property at Maximilianstrasse 59, owned by the City of Augsburg, is a listed former town house from the sixteenth century with a three-storey main building, pitched roof and a rear wing facing Dominikanergasse. Vacant since 2020, it will be converted into an education, culture and counselling centre focused on young people. The works include full replacement of technical installations, fire protection and structural upgrading, and barrier-free fit-out. The contract is awarded in stages at the buyer's option. A feasibility study is provided with the tender documents.
