Description

Bestimmung Grundlagennetz, Prüfung DGM Der Neubau der A20 in Schleswig-Holstein (SH) ist im aktuellen Bedarfsplan für die Bundesfern-straßen als laufendes und fest disponiertes Projekt eingestuft. Derzeit läuft die Planung der ins-gesamt ca. 80 km langen Strecke in 6 Teilabschnitten, welche jeweils unterschiedliche Plan-stände aufweisen. Der DEGES wurde die weiterführende Planung und Realisierung des Infra-strukturprojektes von der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes übertragen. Für den hier gegenständlichen Teilabschnitt 4 (TA 4), zwischen der A7 und der B206 westlich Wittenborn liegt ein Planfeststellungsbeschluss bereits vor, der beklagt wurde. Den Klagen vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht wurde teilweise stattgegeben und für die Erlangung des Bau-rechtes eine "Fehlerheilung" der Verfahrensunterlagen auferlegt. Dieses Fehlerheilungsverfah-ren läuft derzeit. Der Planungsbereich des vorliegenden Abschnittes 4 hat eine Länge von ca. 20,6 km. Zur Vorbereitung des Baus von Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerken im Bereich des oben beschriebenen Autobahnabschnittes sind vermessungstechnische Leistungen zu erbringen. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: o Ermittlung vermessungstechnischer Grundlagen, o Neubestimmung des Grundlagennetzes, o Prüfung des vorliegenden Digitalen Geländemodells,
