Description

BIG direkt gesund verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten Leistungserbringern Verträge zur besonderen ambulanten ärztlichen Versorgung im Bereich der Venentherapie nach § 140a Abs. 1 S. 2 2. Var. SGB V - endoluminale Varizentherapie - zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss unterliegt nicht dem Vergaberecht, er erfolgt im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens der Krankenkasse: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. BIG direkt gesund sichert einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit ist unbefristet, ein Vertragsschluss ist jederzeit möglich. Der Vertrag enthält Regelungen zu einer ordentlichen Kündigung für beide Vertragsparteien. Alle weiteren Informationen auch zur Erfüllung der Eignungsvoraussetzungen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
