Summary

Machine-generated summary

This tender concerns architectural services for the new building housing a 110 kV switchgear installation at the Menzing main substation in Germany. The scope covers project planning for buildings and interiors pursuant to §34 ff HOAI, service phases 1 to 9. Estimated construction costs, excluding switchgear technology, amount to 7.15 million euros. The building measures approximately 120 m long, 14 m wide and 18 m high, with a reinforced concrete lower part and a timber upper part with insulated cladding and translucent facade elements. Particular challenges include tight site conditions and construction directly adjacent to live 400 kV and 110 kV high-voltage installations, whose uninterrupted operation is essential to Munich's power supply.

Description

TW - Erneuerung 110 kV-Anlage inkl. Gebäude, Objektplanung Gebäude/Innenräume Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34ff HOAI, LPH 1 bis 9. Derzeit veranschlagte Baukosten ohne Schaltanlagentechnik: 7,15 Mio. €.
